The name Goshen comes from Exodus 8:22 in which God set aside land for protection of His people.

MISSION STATMENT:
The church shall work an cooperation withother Christian Churches in Missions outreach to orphans and widows at home and abroad.

To preach the Gospel, to bring people to Christ. Help those in need, the elderly, sick, and families in the community. Teach youths, teenagers and young adults to make the right choices and live a Christian life.

Goshen Ministries, INC. provides assistance to refugee families that live in Tucson. We help families with information on  resources that are available in the Tucson area.  We provide E.S.L. Classes to help them learn English so they will be better prepared to get jobs. 

We also distribute household items, clothing and toiletries from donations we receive. Due to the economy, many families are barely able to pay rent which leaves no money for soap (dish,bath, shampoo,laundry), toothpaste, cleaning supplies, pampers.  

Goshen Ministries has an orphanage and two churches in Bujumbura Burundi (please see our Missions link for more information ).
